Problems with addon parser

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi there,
first of all excuse my bad English. I'm using the Template Helix3. As of late I get the following error message:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /www/htdocs/lupfich/http://dachdecker-heske.praesenzwerk.de/components/com_sppagebuilder/parser/addon-parser.php on line 494. How can I remove this?
Regards Reinhard

Hi,
Are you 100% sure that you have installed the last version of :
1) SP Page Builder 3.3 ?
2) Helix3 v2.5.5 ?

The last question is this raw&clean Helix3 , or someone or you added some extra sppb overrides.

Hi,
thank you for your answer. Wasn't online the last two days. Helix3 is raw&clean and version 2.5.5 The same with sppb. Version 3.3

Hmm,
Can you do a simple test for me.
Install Helix Ultimate template, set as default and check on it.

Back again. Changed the template Ultimate and enabled the bugreport-feature in configuration / server. The only notice I naturally get is:
Addon files have been removed or don’t exist in the current template or your site.
Everything else seems to work well. The former advice, concerning parser-addon is not present right now.

In general Helix Ultimate will be longer supported than Helix3. so if you don't mind I suggest to keep it instead Helix3.

In this case I'll use Helix3 only for the current site an disable the bugreport, because it's too much work to customize it all again in Ultimate. For the next new site I will change to ultimate.
Thank you for your support.
regards

I suspect that Helix 3 is not at all to blame. And personally my opinion (based on practice) - it is still much better and more stable than Helix Ultimate.

This issue applies to SP Page Builder. Just make a screenshot of what you have in the folder ...

Usually this problem is caused by a non-existent addon, for example such as Call to Action. It simply needs to be removed from this folder.

Thanks Pavel this fixed my problem.

I am using the newest page builder with the helix ultimate and changing pages on the site 1 at a time. I had redone 4 pages on my site and was working on #5 when I changed something and that message appeared out of nowhere. The first 4 pages were from scratch and the 5th was changing one done with pagebuilder2. I suspect it didn't like something I did.
