Hi, i have a little but important task..

When you insert a new property in multilanguage site, i think is better easy and save time and space in database if we can edit the new property whith the same fotos and attribute (price , size ecc) with the same property unic id and in multilanguage mode

Another task, please, add a text search that can recognize the property unic id, because its very important!

thanks

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. While you wanna to make the multilingual site, then you have to create one more item for multilingual. Each item has to be a specific language. That's the point.

Hi Toufiq, yes, i have already installed and use the cms in multilanguage mode..

Its only referred at the property in SP Property..i have to assign unique id each language of the same property, cloning for number of languages, assign a differents id and text....i think it's no good for the real estate agencies and for database too...it's easy put data in a same panel with unique id..

I agree with that, no reason to upload five times the same pictures when you can upload them once and then use them in different languages, as we do for the thumbnail pictures of each property.

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. Yes, I agree with you about uploading image 5 times. You can use save as copy for another language.

You are right, yes I do copy but I thought that the pictures are copied as well. But I checked it at media menu. that the pictures are not copied. So no worries about the space.

Hi there, Image will not be duplicate. After duplicate your item you don't need to upload the images. That was my point of view. Thanks

HI All, thanks for various replies..

In sustance the problem for the fotos is only for the ordering in property detail

In multilanguage site mode i have to duplicate the property and change only text (and link for good seo) a new id with same fotos...

In respect to id change, at final if i have 4 languages i need 4 differents ids..no problem for this..

Best need is to be able to found any property in front an in back end by text serch..it's important !
imagin one day in an agency office, call the client that want visit property idxxxx, how can i found this property?

Just add a search field in search filter option (property id only..not city or any words..)

And finally, if you can, put a DOWNLOAD PDF in property detail
It will be a best things...very important for users and agency too..a pdf with all fotos, description ecc with a little qr code on the low right that contain agent's number, email and date of page downloaded..

Now i'm testing in production with a little agency in Spain with very experiences persons and my impression is positive..this component with these little more features and bugs correction can be a good and fast solution for any agencies in the world because the needs are the same !

Thank for evrythings..
