Relationships between Joomshaper and its customers

Hello,

Reading the post on the 'path' of the images directory, we can see the difficulties of understanding between Joomshaper and its customers.

It must be said that it is very difficult to satisfy everyone

For criticism to be constructive, I see several areas for improvement :

* know the joomshaper development axes
* have a tracking tool and bug fixes
* have a customer request management tool

This is the minimum for a quality software development.

I know this is very difficult to put in place.
With others I have often failed.

Unfortunately, often, developers think they know all the needs of their customers.
This is a view of the mind, it is never the reality.

If joomshaper does not wish to evolve at this level, I propose to create a user club that will take care of it.

So I would like interested users to respond to this post with a simple OK.

Naturally, the best is to have an active participation of Joomshaper.

Of course, the idea is that the number is strength and therefore it will be theoretically easier to convince Joomshaper.

I say that this is not an attack against Joomshaper we appreciate the work but a more dynamic and concerted way to evolve the product.

Sometimes, we also need to give answers to our own customers.

If I have enough answers, I will make a concrete proposal.

I have the time and the skills to do it.
This will lighten your work and allow you to focus on development
This proposal is free of charge of course

If you are ok i will propose a simple interface based on shared file.
Each week i make for you a summary of customers requests.
