Remove a trailer playback from the cover.

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

Hi,
sorry my Portuguese is very limited, and Google Translator ..you know..

Yes, it's possible to remove video play icons.
For example via custom CSS:

#spmoviedb-movie .play-icon.play-video {display:none !important;}

Hello, Paul. I'm also using google translator, and I copied the wrong screen. I ask your friend.

So it happens that I do not want to remove the icon itself. I would indeed like all the covers to be like the example of the Poltergiest with the arrow. Directing to description page and buy. Unlike the others that opens trailer.

Thank you, friend Paul, for your return.

Hug.

Hmm, in that case probably you have to customize our module (mod_spmoviedb_movie)
default view.
OR
If you have there a VM3 or HikaShop (etc.) you an use module which scrolls products (from left to right) - You can find them on JED, for example.

Any way, it's beyond the basic support this time.

Paul, thank you for the return.

What I need is that in that same module, it is to know where I define whether trailer runs or not. So much so that if you look at the printscreen, one icon changes relative to the other. Inside the module I found only auto-play (disabled).

I made a comparison within the SP Movie Database component itself, comparing Poltergaist, and I did not notice any commands that could be orientated.

Follow new print. My goal is to leave everyone with this icon.
Access the demo and compare.

Great fraternal embrace and I am available for any recommendations regarding Moview template ...

This module has quite simple code, so any php developer should be enable to add/remove
objects/features from it.
Beside like any other module this also can be override in template folder, so you don't have to be worry about update.

Hello Friend. Thanks for the answer.

I got it, solved!

If I wanted to customize an icon in the middle, or a PNG. What can I specify in the following code?

Thank you.

This is module, right, inside module view php/html code you can find:

<i class="spmoviedb-icon-play"></i>
</a>

Icon appearance was styled inside:
components/com_spmoviedb/assets/css/spmoviedb-font.css

.spmoviedb-icon-play::before {

insert there your own icon.
Of course I suggest to override that class.
