Remove default lang="en"

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi everyone,
I noticed that in the index.php file of the "Medico" template the html code of the content language is set to:

<html lang="en">

in my opinion this is a stretch for those who have content in another language, in fact if I set from the Joomla backend another default language is not taken to the html output because it is forced on "en" and this cause serious SEO problems. In my opinion the code in the index.php file should be:

<html lang="<?php echo $this->language; ?>" dir="<?php echo $this->direction; ?>">

My question is: is this forcing only on this template or even on the others? In my opinion you should change this setting on all templates.
