responsive problem with slideshow (full width) startup biz

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello!

At the moment I am facing a problem with the "Slideshow (Full Width)".
Unfortunately there are some troubles with the responsive layout, because on my mobile devices (iPad, iPhone etc.) the slideshow doesn't appear properly. There is just a cutout of the orignal picture visible, which is really annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thank you in advance!

(Attached you can find a screenshot from my mobile device. It should show the whole buildung...)

Thanks.

Yes it looks much better, thank you very much!

Is there maybe a possibility to add a kind of a "mobile phone slider" just to fit in this, with the SP Page Builder?

To fit the image in a better way, just to srink the grey a little bit.

Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your reply

I tried it quite often to fix it with a media query, but I haven't been able to fix it.
Could you maybe help me out? Because I really have no clue, what i did wrong. Because der are several wrappers of the image and i don't know which one i should implement into the query.

Thank you in advance!

Well, I don't really want to post my login data.
Couldn't you simply try to fix it via Firebug or something like this and paste me the code?
I would really prefer this method.

Thank you!

Hi there,

There is no mobile phone slider. Our all templates and add-on will be fit on the mobile device. If not, You can use CSS media query to do this but most of the time you don't need it.

Thanks.

Ok thanks, but is there a possibility to srink these gray areas above and under the slider? Of course just on the mobile site, because on tablets and bigger devices it looks fantastic!

If you don't know what i mean, please check the attachments!

Thank you in advance

Hey, unfortunately I don't exactly know what you mean with this, but could you maybe make this configuration and if it doesn't look that good you could just reconfigure it to the settings from today? If you know what i mean?

But i would really appreciate if it's just on the mobile side, because on the other sides it looks fantastic!

Thank you very much!

Hey I think now it looks better than before. If you use your mobile devise horizontally you can see the slideshow very good, although if you use it vertical it looks a bit strange, but I think we can't change this.

Thank you very much for your help!
