Shaper Corporex - Multiple Helix Errors affecting site functionality!

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi there,

We have had an issue with our corporate Intranet - running on Shaper Corporex, Joomla 3.9.0 - for some weeks now.

As the issue seemed to be affecting our RSFiles component, I have been working with RSJoomla to try and resolve the issue, but after accessing our site and take a look they are saying it is an issue with our third party template (Corporex) and there are some errors being thrown by the Helix component which is in turn affecting the RSFiles component.

Here is the issue -

Any pages containing the RSFiles component - in menu item form, or plugin shortcode form - is having trouble displaying. The menu item pages are displaying as a blank page, or say 'This page isn't working'. The pages where there is RSFiles shortcode placed in an item or module the code just displays as plain text rather than displaying the folder directory the shortcode specifies.

If I turn on error reporting I get these errors -

Notice: Indirect modification of overloaded property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$colw has no effect in /home/develop/public_html/plugins/system/helix/core/classes/menu.php on line 93

Notice: Indirect modification of overloaded property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$colw has no effect in /home/develop/public_html/plugins/system/helix/core/classes/menu.php on line 93

Notice: Indirect modification of overloaded property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$colw has no effect in /home/develop/public_html/plugins/system/helix/core/classes/menu.php on line 93

Warning: require_once(/home/develop/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/develop/public_html/templates/shaper_corporex/error.php on line 27

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/develop/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/develop/public_html/templates/shaper_corporex/error.php on line 27

The RSJoomla tech has explored this and found that RSFiles works fine when using a template like Prostar, but Corporex seems to be causing the issue.

I have not modified or updated the Corporex template or Helix in any way for a number of years now and the only changes to the site have been component and Joomla updates.

I think RSFiles was updated around the time the issues started, but as RSJoomla have already looked into the issue and found nothing to fix at their end they recommended to contact the template developer.

If this issue could be looked at as a matter of extreme urgency, that would be much appreciated! Our business has a staffing of over 80-100 people and we have been without our Intranet now for 2 weeks, which means the situation is now severely affecting the productivity of the entire business as staff can't access policies, forms and files needed for their work!

A copy of the site has been uploaded for public access and you can find it here -

If someone could please get back to me as soon as possible and if necessary I can provide Admin access details for them to take a look.

As I am not able to apply any fixes to the development site above and then unpack that to our main internal site, the solution will need to be documented so that I can manually apply it internally.

Thanks in advance!
