Shaper Lightbox not showing template layout modules in article view

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
As mentioned above, when I open an article I can see the menu has class "hidden" and the footer is not even loaded.

Can you help please?

I think I just solved this by creating menu item in an "hidden" menu which is set to display articles of a category and with the template I want assigned to that menu item.

I hope this can help anyone else...

Thanks everyone for supporting

Hi there,

Go to the Extension > Template > Open your Template > Layout Tab > Open header row settings > remove checkmark hidden from desktop, mobile, tablet.

Thanks

Hi Toufiq and thanks for your reply.
It's the first thing I checked and there isn't any checkmark.
My problem is that ONLY when I enter an article i'm not able to load the layout.

This is the article list page:
http://www.legnanobrauhaus.it/joomla/index.php/eventi-home

As you can see the layout is perfeclty loaded, but it doesn't work when you enter the article.

I've already tried to set errors to maximum and development levels but no luck

Is there something I miss?

EDIT.
I've got 2 versions of the template.
One of them is assigned to 5 pages and looks exactly like the one is loaded in the article view.
The other one is set as default for all pages, but why is the other one being loaded by default?

Hi there,

Add this css code inside the custom.css file.

header#sp-header {
display: block !important;
}

If It doesn't work, please send me the Joomla administrator access via pm.

-Thanks

Ok guys thanks for advices, but this is not what i'm trying to achieve.
Iv'e got 2 copies of lightbox template.

-one is assigned to main menu pages and there I've disabled parts of the layout
-second one is set as default for all pages

Adding CSS to the first one makes the header appear inside the article but also in pages I don't want to.

The question is: why I get the first one being loaded inside article even if I checked the other one as default?

I send access btw

thanks,

Mirco
