Same here. In 3.4.7 and 3.4.8. this worked fine as-is. From 3.4.9 I get the same button on modules refering me to inline editing which I don't want.

Same here, its utter garbage now! How could the developers fuck it up so badly? A simple matter of adding left and right side padding now does not work.

Downgrading back to 3.4.8 is a work around for now. However, 5 of my existing sp_pagebuilder modules where empty after downgrading. Not sure why this happens and what else might be 'lost' (got it back from a difference test environment).

Same issue, I never use the front editor, only backend, I'm not liking this current setup on 3.4.9, module editing is a pain, looking forward to this and other issues with 3.4.9 Pro bring fixed :)

Just the same for me. Can't access my footers modules through that button.
And what if the settings are lost or unavailable after a downgrading? Urgent to fix that issue!!!

I correct my statement: I manage 2 sites with (normally) the same configuration. On one of them I can access to the frontend editor to modify my module, on the other I get a message "you're not authorized to access this page". It's extremely urgent to solve this issue, fro my point of view. I guess many of us used that feature and when you downgrade, I can confirm that the module is not displayed anymore. And is not modifiable either. If necessary I can post photos.

Yes this is a better big oversight. The frontend editor doesn't work when with any custom templates so I generally stay away from it as a tool.

Any updates on a fix for this would be welcome?

Hello, I have the same problem.
How can you fix the error?

My work around was a downgrade. But ensure to back-up your dbase in case anything is missing (6 of my sp pagebuilder modules where missing after the downgrade)

Thank you Louis for the quick answer. Your solution can help, but exposes my site to dangers. A question for the team Joomshaper. What happened? How to fix the error? Why has not one of the team spoken yet? Best regards

Good question, especially since there had been an update released for SP PB already since then, bit without any mention on this topic unfortunately.
