"On behalf of client: Hello,

I pointed my domain https://docprepteam.com/ to SiteGround via name servers and now when I go to it, I get this error :

Warning: session_cache_limiter(): Cannot change cache limiter when headers already sent in /home/iluvit/public_html/http://docprepteam.com/libraries/joomla/session/handler/native.php on line 235
Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/home/iluvit/public_html/http://docprepteam.com/libraries/cms.php" at line 74.

Response from siteground tech support:

In the .htaccess file of your website there was a definition so it uses PHP 7.3, while it seems like the application you use is not ready for it.

Using the cPanel -> PHP version manager I set the PHP version of the website to the recommended PHP 7.1 and the website started running.

Please verify the results on your end. If you do not see the results immediately please flush the cache of your browser.

PHP 7.3 may be too fresh for some used by you extensions or even template.

For sure, for example, I use Helix Ultimate with SPPB Pro with PHP 7.2 and it 100% works
It means that you have to check extensions one by one, which causes problems.
