Slideshow - Item Disappeared

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
The items for my slideshow has disappeared when i check from the page builder.
The items still show in the front end but are missing at the back end hence i cannot edit it.
I checked other tickets and i saw a similar issue but after doing same things proposed (updating the template and extension), i still have the same issue

I don't understand one thing,
You added question about module (look again at category name) and you shown us a addon settings. Please focus. Those are two different products.
I need from you:
1) Template name
2) REAL addon name

then we can talk

Some time ago, I especially I added extra word "module" to the name of the category that people would not be wrong, but ...
An apology accepted, I forgive you (this time) :p
About main question.
Some facts:
1) Raw Helix3 do not override that addon
2) In SP Page Builder Pro 3.x package the Slideshow(full width) addon DOESN'T EXIST
it means that you use Page which already had that addon in layout but component cannot find it, that's why you have problems with it. You can safe situation by copying addon folder from template which had it.
