Slideshow Pro SP2 Images not loading

Featured Lock Resolved
I linked my slideshow to my latest news articles and I typed up an article with an image expecting it to load it automatically but nothing is showing up.

Suggestions?

I uninstalled it then reinstalled the module, when I look at it in Safari in the Activity Windows, these are the errors that show..

http://www.joomshaper.com/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/activity_window.jpg

http://aitkids.com/apre1/modules/mod_slideshow_pro_sp2/assets/css/default.css forbidden
http://aitkids.com/apre1/modules/mod_slideshow_pro_sp2/assets/images/none.gif forbidden
http://aitkids.com/apre1/modules/mod_slideshow_pro_sp2/assets/js/script_moo12.js forbidden

Am I supposed to put the images in a certain folder and not in my stories folder?

Also, I deleted that thumb file because I don't know why it said access forbidden, then I uploaded a new one with the same file name and it shows the image when you click on the url: http://aitkids.com/apre1/images/stories/group-photo_thumb.jpg and the slides are stacked up again and not showing the arrows to pan through them. http://aitkids.com/apre1

Its because of your hosting. Just contact with your hosting provider. Also check your file permission. default.css file permission should be 644

Thanks

Same problem here.

I know you are going to say update the module.

However how am I supposed to update the module if my subscription has expired?

Please set the image source as relative, not absolute. You will have the option in the editors (Tinymce) plugin. After change the parameter please edit the article again.

That is what the TinyMCE plugin is set to. Tried changing it to absolute editing saving and then changing back to relative again. Same problem.

Same problem with a new article too.

Tried with some more articles not in the slide show for example if you look at the latest news section that seems to have a problem with the images too :(

Definitely seems to be a general problem with the Sportive template itself.

The images look fine when you click on an article and show it in full view.
However if you update any article from the demo or try to add a new article the images and thumbnails just disappear after you have saved an article.

Please help.

Finally after a lot of digging and messing around with the database I figured out what the problem is.

I had turned off code cleanup on save in order to allow me to embed an iframe to display some google maps on one of the pages.

It looks like this really messes badly with images because the TinyMCE editor will save, with code cleanup turned off, the html tags with the tags in capitals like:

<P><DIV><IMG>

etc.

It looks like the modules are case sensitive.

Nevermind, problem solved. Same fix as I explained here: http://www.joomshaper.com/forums/39-slideshow-pro-sp2/9205-how-can-i-fix-slidshow-pro-sp2-module/page-3#9492 , just different file.

Guys, something wrong with your files. When I view these files on the server, they all corrupted or something.
