sp page builder and sidebar Menu - not working

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Dears,
actually I am trying to set up a sidebar menu within a content area ( for sub menu items )
but once did - the content ( sp page builder ) is over the edge and the sidebar menu is total on the left side ( outside the standard content area )

there is no "fluid" option set up ( it is turned off )
as well - I already did following:
played with adding columns inside the rows of SP PB built pages, to the right or to the left of them. Once I created a column, simply created inside a column "Joomla Module" add-on and assign it to the required menu module.

Once I did this - the menu is inside the sp page builder page content and not outside. However the area is still fluided over the entire width.
( screen 1 - attached )

screen 2 is about sidebar menu and kept page builder page without adding additional column

thank you for your support - in advance much appreciated

Hi,
please:
1) Publish your menu on left or right module position
2) Then use this custom CSS code, it should fix layout.
---

.sppb-row-container {width: 100% !important; }
.com-sppagebuilder #sp-main-body {margin: 0 auto;}

@media (min-width: 768px) {
.com-sppagebuilder #sp-main-body {max-width: 750px;}
}
@media (min-width: 992px) {
.com-sppagebuilder #sp-main-body {max-width: 970px;}
}
@media (min-width: 1200px) {
.com-sppagebuilder #sp-main-body {max-width: 1170px;}
}

Dear Paul,

thank you - seems to be working- great.

much appreciated.

before I also tried the way via article manager and used the option with page builder inside article and this worked also but one step more to do

With your code it´s much easier.

is that an "issue" of page builder and will be fixed with next release or regarding something elese?

thank you

Hello Paul,

I am sorry to come back again on this "issue"
but just saw - now it is on every page ( like a box type of homepage/content )

Is there no chance to only have it on the needed pages e.g. on pages for service and all other menu items/pages are still full width ?

thank you

kind regards

You can use my CSS code only on selected sub-pages as well, if you thought about this.

This works in SP Page Builder 2.3.3 but not in 2.5.1. Can you please provide code that will work in SP Page Builder 2.5.1?

Thank you!

According to my tests on Helix3 with SPPB 2.5.1 you don't need any extra styles, to have both SPPB Page and module on right position. Old one (above) still works.
