SP Page builder module admin settings error using PROBIZ template

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello and once again thank you for your great support. I am here again facing an error that i found common when dealing with unsupported templates as on this time PROBIZ, from which i got the idea of using SP Page builder. I had extended my support with them and as well paid and sent this issue to them not long ago but still not answer. So i come to you to see if you can help me to fix this little bug.
When creating a module with sp page builder and adding rows, the admin section of the row is not showing the input fields and is missing format as well not connecting with the language file. (see attach.)
I am using joomla 3.8.3 and SP Pro 3.1 with Probiz template. I hope you can help. thank you.

Hi,
sorry to tell you but...
Address List addon is not from JoomShaper and its code is not ready for SPPB 3, probably it has been developed "long time" before SPPB3 came.

We cannot fix it, it's not our part of software.

I suggest to use addons which are default in SPPB 3, they all work correct.
