Thank you! Yes. I am new customer and have been going crazy trying to figure out why I can't get Page Templates or Section bundles to load. I have checked all the PHP settings per the documentation > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3#documentation-heading-3_0

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

It concerns me that there are no support personnel available to deal with this.

I've been unable to do anything all day.......surely we're not going to be left like this all weekend?
Hi Having the same issue ..
Any update?

Hi,
I have this same, it means it's a problem with our server.
I noticed our team, but weekend. I wish to help more.
It's not a server issue.
I did update the sp pagebuilder in four webpages
They have the same problem with all of them, and the following message appears, Templates not found. Could you help me solve?
There is also a problem with the processing of k2
I think it's a problem to have an update released on Friday and for two days there is no support.
Unfortunately, we work every day in Greece

Tomorrow should be solved, the weekend is not a good time, the office is closed.
I hope you can work in different areas of your websites. There is always something else which you can do.

I appreciate the update Paul. Thank you.

I also firmly believe, after over 35 years in IT both managing data centers and building websites, it is highly unusual and unprofessional when an outage of this sort and magnitude effecting potentially hundreds of paying customers - goes without answer because "it's the weekend".

Many of us make our living only building websites. I pay good money for the tools I use and when I see this, and realize there are hundreds (and if you believe the marketing materials, thousands) of paying customers - at the rate I pay per year - who are losing more of their money as impacted by loss of productivity, it makes me question the value I get for the tools I pay for. As long as they work, they're great, but when they don't, that's when what I pay for really comes into play.

I can't speak for everyone else, but this is unacceptable. I can tell you it's a small thing to have someone on call to be able to remote in and reboot a server. I get that things happen. I was on call 24/7/365 the first 15 years of my career. But they do.not.go.ignored by the people who can actually fix them.

The fact that this has not happened now for days is just simply unprofessional.

This is not directed at you Paul, but someone needs to say it.

I have to agree with Steve here!

Again, not directed at you Paul.....I understand that you're only relaying the information that you get.

But none of us who are in the business of providing hosting facilities (I have Dedi's in both UK and US) can tell a client that the weekend isn't a good time to have server problems.

Essentially we're permanently on standby should something happen. The fact that nobody is available here means you must be self managing your hosting environment......which is fine if you have round the clock cover. If you don't, then you should be paying for full management.

I would suggest that after this incident you revise your internal processes. I, more than most, am aware that server and network issues can, and do, occur. That's why you always need to have a system in place for when it does.
Tomorrow should be solved, the weekend is not a good time, the office is closed.
I hope you can work in different areas of your websites. There is always something else which you can do.

Ridiculous answer!

@Sidney
No comment, it was rude.

@Steve @AJones
Thanks, I know. Personally, I don't have online access too. I have a few templates downloaded as json, but not all.

Thanks for your updates though Paul. Much appreciated!

Hopefully something will be put in place to prevent a similar situation in the future.
We must join the chorus of the disappointed. We have a website that is due Monday morning that we had planned to use the pre-built features of Page Builder that we were not able to use. As @Steve mentioned, you have 1000s of users that pay good money that expect your service to be there when they need it. In my career I have run major installation networks and yes, systems go down, but only once without a backup plan for the next time. Please let us know what your plan is to prevent a next time. Thanks in advance.
Good morning !
I am also one of the disgruntled!
But I really appreciate Paul's sincerity
He could tell any lie to save time, but he preferred to tell the truth.
This inconvenience cost in everyone, but it's not the end of the world

I think he has a very good team and will come back stronger !!!
Hello,
now we are in Monday, nothing new !
:( :(

i will lose costumer for this :(

Thank you,

Hello.
I'm also very surprised that nobody is available for your server maintenance during the week-end. This spoiled my saturday, as I decided to work on a new professional project, with SPPB.
Apart from that, I would appreciate that SPPB provides much more than 20 templates.

Please educate us on this approach as we are not familiar with it. Thanks in advance.

It's a quote from survival/bushcraft, but can be used in IT as well.
