SP Page Builder text block not able to edit content

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi. I'm using SP Page Builder Pro. I have duplicated my Joomla folder and data base so I can have a test and production environment (for the same domain and page web). Everything works fine (navigation), but I found that when I edit a sp page builder page when I try to edit or add a new text block I can't edit the content (I can edit the title and change attributes), I don't see the content. It happens at the new duplicated installation, the issue is not present at the iniciat folder. The problem occurs with the Frontpage editor and with edit page. In addition to this information I have cleared the caché of Joomla and Chrome (and Firefox with which I've tried too and I found the same problem). Do I have to do something after the duplication of folder and database? Thank you.
Version of Joomla: 3.9.8, version of SP Page Builder: 3.6.2

Hi,
1) Always use Akeeba backup to make site clones, it's recommended method.

2) Make sure that TinyMCE editor is set as default

3) You can reinstall SP Page Builder to be sure that all files are there.

4) Version of Joomla: 3.9.8 ??? Really, you should have Joomla 3.9.12 (!)
