SP Page Builder update 3.6.1 from 3.5.0 broke some parts of our sites

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Today we updated Page Builder from 3.5.0 to 3.6.1 but this version broke some parts of our sites. For example if you go to https://www.visitklagenfurt.at and when you scroll down you can see that the page folds over the menue while scrolling down. Additionally the icons on the right side appear different then before. Here seems to be an css update violates some settings.

We have the same problem with the icons on the right side on https://www.net4you.net Also here the icons should flow on the right side in the middle with colors adopting to the main page an a littel smaller as shown now.

So we'd like to downgrade back to 3.5.0 but in our download-section I cannot find a link to the old 3.5.0 version. Can you please tell me how I can get the old version?

Thanks in advance.
René

Ok I found a 3.5.0 version on our serves and installed this one. So I downgraded our sites to the old version. Now everything works fine.
But would be great if you could address this issue and solve the css problems in the next version.

With kind regards
René

I had a chat with Tashfia and she told us your technical team will help us fixing the problems on our sites. So how can we contact you?

Hi,
in general, between 3.5 and 3.6 were very "small" changes, look at the changelog.
Maybe the problem was caused by CSS/HTML compression.
As you know you have jch_Optimzier, right.
You should always clean Joomla cache inside plugin after each update.

Maybe recover one of your sites on test subdomain, update, clear cache then check again, then we can talk.
Otherwise, it's not possible to help.

Hello, today I tried the 3.6.2 version, but still the same problem.
But today I'm a little smarter :-)
I've saved the source code of the startpage with SP 3.5.0 then I saved the source code of the startpage with SP 3.6.2 so you can run a DIFF and find the differences.
Of course I cleared the JCH cache and disabled the JCH plugin prior to the tests that no cache can interfere or cause the problems.

It would be nice if you can diff the 2 attached files in the zip to see why 3.6.2 breakes our site.
The site is https://www.net4you.net and on the right side you can see the floating icons which are working fine with 3.5.0 but fall down to the bottom of the page with 3.6.2 and also appear a litte buggy (larger size and kind of pixelated)

With kind regards
René

Sorry, I don't know the answer,
I have to redirect the topic to our developer.
But this week he is busy, so it may take some time.

Hi oase,
Would you please PM me your super user access where SPPB 3.5 is enabled? I need to check what's wrong with the latest update.

Note: Don't worry i'll apply all the investigations in my localhost and that won't hamper anything to your live site.
And you can click on my avatar to get the PM option.

-Best Regards

Hi JoomShaper-Team,

unfortunatelly we had to solve the problem yourself. Because you tried to refer the problem to our template provider. So we also asked our template provider about the situation. They delivered the last update to this template as of March 2018 and told us, the problem could not be caused by their template. What was changing was the page builder not the template.

Back at joomshaper we talked to a staff member which told us to watch at templates/OUR_TEMPLATE/sppagebuilder/addons
This was also a missleading hint.

Now we figured out, that in PageBuilder Version 3.6.2 you addedd a DIV compared to 3.5.0 which prevented some CSS rules to trigger.
For example the old 3.5.0 rule triggered at

.sppb-row > div .sppb-column-addons > div

now in 3.6.2 the rule had to be adopted to:

.sppb-row > div .sppb-column-addons .sppb-addon-wrapper > div

So in version 3.6.2 you added

.sppb-addon-wrapper

Maybe this helps others out there, facing similar problems.

With kind regards
René
