SP Soccer / Soccer Template - lots of issues

We are having the following issues:

We followed the suggestions of other support forums and updating the SPSoccer extension and Soccer template to try to resolve issues and now we are having signification problems.

The original issue was:
1. When clicking "Save" on the front end editor, the section that was being worked on would just disappear.

2. We need to have multiple categories that we can name for different sports. We planned to do this by renaming "international" and "League" to create a list of all of the sports (soccer, football, basketball, etc). We haven't been able to test this plan because everything broke after the update.


After updating, we are having the following issues:

1. When trying to access anything with SPSoccer on the front end, we are met with the following error: "1054
Unknown column 'language' in 'where clause'"

2. When we log into the front end of the site, we are met with a large string of error codes on the top (See attached)

3. When we log into the front and and try to edit anything in page builder, we are met with the same error "1054
Unknown column 'language' in 'where clause'

Up to this point, that seems like all of the issues but once we resolve those and can actually start building the site, we are scared of what we might encounter.

I have already sent in a login and superuser login private message because I tried to get this resolved a week ago but the ticket was never resolved.

Please uninstall your extension and reinstall the extension. Before doing this, please keep a backup of your site.

The message was sent to Shibbir off of a reply to an existing forum with similar issues.

Based on my forum research, the first step that I took was reinstalling also. It resolved some of the errors but not all of them. I can reinstall again and see if it helps.

If that is the best option, then please do so. I replied to a forum with a similar issue and I was told to open a new request and submit login details so I was just following the request.

Hi,

Please following the instruction.

1. Before uninstalling the soccer please delete the soccer database table
2. Then uninstall the soccer extension
3. After finishing the uninstalling the extension, please install the extension again

Before taking this step, please keep a backup of your site

I created the new ticket 2 days ago as requested but there still hasn't been a reply. We are going on 3 weeks and the template is completely unusable.

What am I supposed to do?

Can I just get a refund? This is beyond frustrating. It has been a month and I haven't gotten the answer. I just keep getting told to open new forums and then post links to old forums.

I've had to scrap the entire SPsoccer extension because of deadlines and put together a basic design that doesn't even function correctly.
