SP Weather too slow to update weather conditions

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Dear folks,

I notice SP Weather is too slow to update the weather conditions. :(
Why is that?
Maybe due to the API I am using? (OpenWeather API) Maybe because it's a free version API ?

Sometimes it takes about 4 hours for the next weather condition update.... :-(

Thanks for any hints.
I am new to weather APIs.

Hi,
sorry, but this is a question to OpenWeather, not to us.
We used their embed code.

but of course, it may be caused by Joomla cache settings.
Anyway, it's not our fault. And we cannot help more.
I guess you're right, but are there any recommended cache settings tos speed up the weather update process?

Thanks! :)

Have you enabled cache inside Joomla Global Configuration?
Or using JCH_Optimzer plugin or similar, if not ask them
Thanks a lot dear Paul
