SSL certificate not connecting to images folder, giving a Mixed Content Warning

Featured Lock Resolved
Our hosting company has recently allowed and provided free SSL certificates. Great. Not really.

We are getting Mixed Content Warnings in Chrome because the Images folder is still being accessed through the http:// pathway.

You can check the site https://traceysanders.ca/. We are using https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ to look for errors. Here's an example of what shows up.

We've followed all the steps listed in this article https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-do-ssl-check-in-joomla-3-7, but still have this problem.

The site is built on Helix 3. Is there a line of code we have to go change in the template somewhere?

There were roughly three images not connecting that were added through the template itself. The other images were in modules. The one's in modules we were able to fix, the others were fixed once we ran Akeeba Admin Tools for Joomla > SEO and Link Tools > Convert all links to HTTPS when site is accessed over SSL.

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. Please contact your hosting provider to unblock your site resource from Cloudflare SSL certificate.

-Thanks

Thank you for your response Toufiq.

The SSL certificate is offered by the hosting provider for free through Cpanel and is provided by Comodo.

I've spent over two hours with them again today on chat, and all they keep coming back to is it's a coding problem.

We've installed SSL certificates on about 20 websites, and have never had this issue before.

Before I terminate my contract with them and find a new hosting provider, I want to make sure that this is not a Joomshaper problem.
