Sticky Header Hides Linked-to Elements on the Page

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I am using Template Shaper-Helix3.
I have a sticky header menu, which is great.
The problem is that I would like to link to an internal element within the same page, and when I do so, the element is displayed UNDER the sticky menu.
How can I link to an element on the page (using id#) and avoid it being hidden by the sticky header on top?

Thanks

Hi,
use bigger padding/margins like on all OnePage websites it works.
You have to play with those values.

Thanks - do you mean adding the padding/margin to the row of that element? I tried that - the problem is that only looks good when you click on the link to the element. But if you're just scrolling down the page normally from the top - it means there is extra unwanted padding/margin.

Or am I missing/misunderstanding something?

Some Smooth Scrolling scripts/plugins have better defined landing point. And it may help you.
You have to study/check more alone.
