tabs disappear in frontend

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hello!
I have a problem with adding an article over the frontend, when a user is adding it who is not logged in as super user.

When the super user is logged in on frontend an add an article everything works fine.
When an other user is logged in with publisher, author or any other rights (not super user), then dissapear the tab (content,images and links,publishing, metadata and languages) when clicking on it. (see picture)
It is only on helix3, with an other template (protostar) it works correctly.
How can i fix it.
Thank you.

No one an idea?
I found out that the following lines are not loaded in the header, while an user (publisher, not super user) is logged in:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/media/system/css/frontediting.css" type="text/css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/templates/shaper_helix3/css/frontend-edit.css" type="text/css" />

<script src="/media/system/js/frontediting.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="/templates/shaper_helix3/js/frontend-edit.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

If i copy this code in the "custom code"-Field in the Framework, it works correctly. But i don't know if this is an security risk?

Please help.

Hi,
I do confirm what Ulrich said : only a super user can edit/add from front-end, as the tabs disappear when you click on them...

I have tested this even on a fresh Helix v3 (demo) and made a little video to illustrate :
- first I log in as Publisher : front-end editing does not work
- second, I log in as Super User : it all works fine...

But it is a general problem of Helix FRAMEWORK (not just of HELIX v3 template) : I have indeed tested it with shaper_cuisine... same issue !

Can you please Joomshaper correct this for next version... and already mention here what the fix is ?

Hi Ulrich,
Maybe I have found another workaround.
See the following thread :
https://www.joomshaper.com/forums/issue-with-front-end-editing-for-non-super-users-with-all-templates-based-on-helix-3-framework

By the way, what was your final point of view on this issue ?

Yours,
Marc

Hi,

I see that this issue is not yet solved in Helix3... just experiencing it with Administrators (who are not Super Users)
Can you please solve it ?
(and confirm what the temporary workaround is ?)

txs !

Hi Toufiq,

May I just suggest you explain how to correct for this ?
I don't need you to do it (otherwise you'll have to do it on all my sites :-) )

And also : do you confirm this will be corrected for the next update ?

Txs,

Marc

OK, so to sum it up, I should add

.nav>li>a {
position: relative;
display: block !important;
}

to my custom.css (or to the Template style, which I don't do because the site is multilingual and therefore I have as many styles as languages)

Still, two ancillary questions :
1. when I hover the "Title" of the article once editing, it disappears when I stop hovering it
2. do you confirm you will correct for this in the next release of the Helix Framework (or in all templates)

Txs Toufiq,

I have installed fresh Helix 1.8 template.
I even recompiled CSS (so that my own color preset would be taken into account).

But the same issue is still there:
- from front-end, as Administrator (no problem with Super User) I edit
- there, if I hover the TItle, it disappears

See screenshot here :
