Template not working after upgrade to sp pagebuilder to 3.4.3

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello I am using template vina Dongky for upgrading my site, inside the quickinstall the template included sp page builder pro V1.0.8 so I decided to buy the new version of sp pagevbuilder V3.4.3 and use instead. So now I can not see anything in my home page and instead I have the following errors:

Notice: Undefined property: SppagebuilderViewPage::$data in /home/..../public_html/templates/vina_dongky/html/com_sppagebuilder/page/default.php on line 36

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/..../public_html/templates/vina_dongky/html/com_sppagebuilder/page/default.php on line 37

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/..../public_html/templates/vina_dongky/html/com_sppagebuilder/page/default.php on line 38

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/..../public_html/templates/vina_dongky/html/com_sppagebuilder/page/default.php on line 51

Please take under consideration that this is a work in progress so I believe that there will be more errors to come. Is there a way for fixing those notices by myself replacing those properties inside the default.php?

Thanks in advance

your template developer overrode sp page builder files,
So the only answer is.... contact with him and ask him to update code, he must make it compatible with SPPB 3.x
Temporary solution
DELETE that folder
