Template, Preset, Custom Styles not working

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi,

We have tried to edit the custom styles within the Fixter template, presets.
At first we changed the colours, and pressed save, and then it makes the changes we wanted.
Then when we try to make any more changes to the custom styles, it wouldn't make any changes.
We have tried clearing the cache and resetting the template preset, but the moment we turn on the custom styles, it still reverts back to the original changes we made- which aren't what we want.

In our screenshot attached, you can see how the colours in the custom styles for the menu don't match up to the colours being shown in the template. If we clear the cache, nothing changes.

We had a similar problem with this in the Stellar template, and we are starting to think that the problem is coming with the new update Helix Ultimate Framework 1.0.3.

We have also attached a video for reference

Having the same issue on Helix Ultimate after last upgrade.
Prefix works, but custom prefix is ignored :-(

Would you please share which template you are using? If it's simply the helix-ultimate then please make sure you've enabled this http://prntscr.com/nur7d6
Also make sure you've cleared all caches from joomla and browsers and finally make sure you did not used any inline css in layout builders http://prntscr.com/nuspvw

And if you are using any of our one click installer template then you need to know that one click installer template doesn't include any preset. Since all the pages are created with pagebuilder that's why you can change those css only using pagebuilder.

-Thanks

This problem started after i updated latest helix ultimate. I use clean helix template. I was forced to write all styles in custom.css

I hope someday joomshaper team will learn not to broke thinks with updates. It is so usual when after update settings change

I am having the same issue. Also, the "Coming Soon" and "Error" pages do not work at all. See additional post here

Hi,
Thanks for your query. Please use this css into your custom css to get the error page working. The whole page goes white since the body text color is set to white.

.coming-soon body, .error-page body, html.error-page .error-button span.fa {
background-size: cover !important;
color: #00ffd9 !important;
}

Here you'll get all the informations regarding custom css https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helixultimate#custom-code

Hi all!

Is this problem regarding the Fixter template not yet solved?

I have a new install with Fixter and latest Helix Ultimate version, but it seems that my custom template settings do not have any effect.

Thanks,
Maurice

Here it doesn't work...

I have cleared site and browser cache.
Then switched to one of the presets. This works.
If I then clear site and browser cache again and switch back to my custom style, not all applied styles show. For example: I see a red header background, but in the custom settings I have applied a white background color.

I use fixter template 1.1.
Maybe there is a newer version available?

Thanks Sifat,

I see it's working now, but it does not make very much sense to me.

In the Body section, Link colour effects the color of hyperlinks throughout the website AND the background color of the header?

Also, this colour defines background colour of the footer, in spite of what I define in the Footer section?

Hmm. I have done some settings in Custom presets now, this helps me define the colours for 50%, but the other 50% has to be done via custom css then.

Unable to make any changes to the presets/custom colors in Fixter v1.1 with Helix 1.05 plugin. I want to change the text color in the slideshow from blue to white, no matter what I do, no changes take place.

Also, under plugins, the plugin named "Helix Ultimate based template installer" is showing the error:
"500 The file TmplHelixUltimate.xml could not be found."

Please use this css into your custom css to change the color of the slideshow

.sppb-slider-wrapper.sppb-slider-fullwidth-wrapper .owl-item.active .sppb-slideshow-fullwidth-item .sppb-wow.sppb-animated {
color: mediumvioletred;
}

Thanks - only using the ultimate template. SCSS to CSS did the job.
