Text and other module insert bug in article edit

Hello!

I want to edit an article with SPB, I added a row and added image, this is ok.
Now, I want adding text module, and I get empty editor.
I was make a screen video.

What happend?
Not this is the first disfunction!

(Localhost, last joomla version, last SPB version, last keynote template with quickstart, php 7.3.5)

### UPDATE ###

I create SPB module, make a row, added image, and added text addon too. This is working if I open the text addon.
I save it this section. Then I add in to article editor put in, but if I open the text addon same us crash....

2. Besides, download a akeeba backup then run in your local pc then check, please

Hi!

I turn of the RokPad editor, but nothing change. Other 3-party extensions cant use it. This is a default keynote template.
I was updat the SPPB the latest verson only.
