the mail is not enable

please i need an assistance to enable my email so that when a client make a reservation the details will go to my mail box. right now i get an error message saying email service disabled . please how do i fix this?

Thanks for your reply. Please don't share your site admin info in public. Joomla uses php mail() function to send mail by default but if hosting company doesn't support this php function Joomla need to be configured to send mail via smtp. Please contact with your hosting provider. They will help you about this query. For admin new password please use pm.

Hi,
Mail can be blocked also by server settings as Toufig said,
I tested on my server and was ok, I have got a message from module.
I hope that you have filled field named: Email, in Option tab at the end of it.

Unfortunately, this is a simple module so it use basic send method only.

If you don't mind try other form solution, for example, free: Visforms

For advanced room reservation we suggest to use Solidres as we used in two of our templates: Resort & Travel Kit.
