The video addon & site loading speed

Featured Lock Resolved
Hello! Question about the video module, I have with this module installed 7 videos on the page https://kabinet-faberlic.com, but after measuring the speed of https://tools.pingdom.com shows not very good results is 4.36 seconds, if you disable all video modules on the page then the download will be 1.4 seconds. Is there any way to improve the loading speed or to make this module asynchronous so that it does not affect the page loading speed?

Hi,
temporary you have to use alternative video extension , for example, Quick YouTube Plugin

Sorry I forgot to write that I do not use youtube, and uploaded the video to your hosting and the module has a picture and a link to the video.

Check which files are loaded, and which you do not need, etc.
Then we can consider something in upcoming versions.

The fact is that all the videos on the page are needed. The only interesting thing is whether it is possible to reduce the download speed of the video module. To make the page load faster. Simply feel more comfortable when video have themselves on hosting and not on youtube.

You could do the same as with the youtube module you offered me. But to make the same function for the video located on your hosting. That is, if I clicked on the picture and only after that there is a video download.

I talked about files loaded by site, not videos...

Sorry I Do not understand you much, perhaps not so the translator translates. The fact is that when I disable the video module (and their 7 pieces) on the page via sp builder the page is loaded within 1.4 seconds, and as soon as I turn the modules back then immediately added 3 seconds. The rest of the files and modules on the page are fine.

Ok, thanks I do not have PHP solution for "today".
But I will ask how we can solve it in near future.
BTW
We used there HTML5 video player, so maybe it doesn't have any cache etc. feature
so you can search answers on webmasters forum, IT guys from RU are very smart not only in hacking.

Spent not a big experiment, began to turn off the video module. The speed is not affected by the size and duration of the video. The initial download speed of the site without video 1.47 seconds, with the addition of two video modules, the speed drops to 2.05, but if you start adding a third module, the speed drops to 4.05 and so on reaches 8 seconds or more. That is, a strong drop begins after adding 3 video modules to the page.

I was looking for a lot of this on our forums, but nothing like this is not found in the form of a module for sp builder. I really liked that you made such a module. This is very convenient, because Youtube is not always needed. Thank You, I hope Your team will solve this problem.

I made test with single or two 2 different videos (mp4) and Pingdom Website Speed Test results are similar. Page size and Requests.

So maybe delay was caused by Poster Image file size.

Good evening. I also took into account the size of the poster. Specially made it small 640x320 and the size does not exceed 20kb. Each poster in the module has these characteristics. Therefore, it is not clear why it is after the third module begins a strong drop in speed.

At one and two rollers, the speed decreases dramatically. Everything is more or less normal. But if you add three and more particularly four rollers at once greatly decreases the speed. I also want to note that the page size does not change depending on the number of videos.
