Top menu is not working in mobiles and tablets

i have a website built using quickstart Varsita theme. My home menu is not working in mobiles.
Please help to fix that.

I re-sized columns (logo and menu) but still there is conflict with "Chatra" module
or "Upcoming events" .

If you can hide 1st one for mobile view it should help.

which one shall i disable to make it work in the home page? It seems to be working in the other pages except home page.
