Yes, template options redirect to the Home page or coming soon page, but there appears options on the left side.

In your PHP installation, the mbstring extension is not installed or is not enabled. Joomla! and Akeeba Backup must be enabled for this to work properly. Ask your service provider to install the mbstring plug-in for PHP 7.3.12 running on your server.
