update of SP Page Builder Lite not shown in Update Manager (but Pro Builder OK)

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
I use SP Page Builder PRO on 8 sites. Updates working well.
But I also use SP Page Builder LITE on 4 sites.
And there I have just realised that all versions were outdated because there is NOTHING in the Update Manager
All PRO versions refer to
I have just made a guess and checked whether the following exists :
It indeed exists... but it is not shipped with SP Page Builder Lite and does not appear in the Update Manager ("Extensions > Manage > Update Sites";).
1. Do you confirm the issue ?
2. Can you please correct for this ?

you have to update manually component.
Sometimes Joomla cache update path , I don't know why, it happens from time to time.
In that case you have to update inside MySQL table.

1) Run PHPMyAdmin for your site Joomla database
2) Choose database
3) Use search field : com-sp-page-builder-lite.xml + enter
3) Wait ~10 sec
4) Open in edit mode found table
5) replace phrase to com-sp-page-builder-pro.xml
6) Save changes

I think there is a bug with SP Page Builder Lite : even if I reinstall it, there is no Update Site in Update Manager.
It seems it has been "skipped" in the last update of SP Page Builder Lite...

(I have even uninstalled and reinstalled)

Can you check that and have it fixed in next version of Lite ?

You cannot upgrade from Lite to Pro from Joomla update,
you have to install Pro package over Lite.
Then in Options you have to add license key and e-mail..

I am not speaking of upgrading from Lite to Pro.
Pro updates do work fine.
Lite updates do not work. You know why ? Because there is NOTHING in the Update Manager (I guess since version 3.x).
So a bug in Page Builder Lite where someone has forgotten the Update Manager I guess.
But if SP Page Bulder Lite does not correct this, the JED will be changed to mention that the extension DOES NOT USE Joomla! Update System

Oh, OK I will ask.
Temporary please update Lite manually.
Hi there,

The new version of SP Page Builder is out.

But on 100% of my websites (some at SiteGround others at OVH) SP Page Builder can't be updated with the Joomla Update Manager :(
See screenshot.
How comes ?
Can you please fix this ?

As I know Joomla 3.9.1 fixed problem with update.
I am not sure if we can do more in this area.
But if you have site where you have Joomla 3.9.1 and problem with update let me know, and send access so we will be able to check where the problem is.
I do have the issue with all my sites.
And they are all 3.9.1 of course :)

You know my account. Can you check why those websites can't have access... while clicking on the link allows me to download the file ?

It hard to say why it happened, on many sites - last Joomla update fixed problem.

Personally I do not have access to your domains list. So I have to redirect this topic to another person.
OK, let's take the following one which is at SiteGround :

BTW, I have just updated Helix3 & HelixUltimate on 30+ websites without problem. But these do not require the licence.

It is sad that it is when you pay the licence that it does not work (SP Page Builder Pro) :p

I also regret that something is wrong. And it's beyond my skills.
No problem.
But who/where/how should I contact at JoomShaper to check & fix this then ?
(I thought the forum was the right place :) )
