Update to 3.2 will not update!

Tried to update and get this message;

Oops! One of your commercial extensions couldn't be updated. JoomShaper refused to provide you with an update file. Usually, this means that your subscription is either expired or your update request hasn’t been authenticated. You can either go to JoomShaper website and investigate the issue or use Perfect Dashboard to automatically retrieve your subscription & update your website.

My subscription ends in 2018, so what gives???

Hi,
relax, and use old school method.
---
1) Download SPPB Pro from our site
2) Make site backup
3) Reinstall with new version
4) Clear browser cache (all cached files!!!)
5) Enjoy and wait for new update in next days.

Ok, so did the update now the megamenu is screwed up and also affects the menu ordering of j2store. Contacted the template developer and they state its an issue with pagebuilder/helix. Why does this seem like deja vue again!!!

Here's the issue

Example

Joomla menu structure

Home
-submenu 1
-submenu 2

reads normally as http://www.xyz.com/home/submenu

after the update of PB/Helix the menu drops of the top level menu and now reads as
http://www.xyz.com/submenu

What gives???

In Menu Manager there is button Rebuild - use it for all menu items.

I have seen that Joomla sometimes goes crazy.

Have you tried with default Joomla template or any other,
am asking because only Joomla can create alias, not a template.

Yes, both prostar and shaper template do the same thing.

Wow, is that the kind of support we get that we pay for?

You didn't even look at the site nor ask for access to verify, just dropped the ball and blamed something else!

Let me say this, I have a background in IT support for companies around the world and if I or anyone of my team members responded as such we woulld have been fired on the spot. Guess it's a little different where you come from.

I am not impressed at all, pffffffffft!!!

Sorry, but maybe you have experience with IT, but not in Joomla.
We cannot fix issues caused by wrong server settings or Joomla itself.

Really, well guess what got the same issue with the latest update. Did the manual install with 3.02 and you said it would be fixed upon next update and the same dang thing happens again.

For your reference, my IT background also covers serverwide installs, networking, software deployment and more. I have a fair bit of Joomla understanding but can't fix what I can't see that resides with this software. Not only that, tabs worked before with the previous version now when accessing a tab to edit nothing shows, guess that's a joomla problem too??

So far, Paul, your attitude, and shortsighted views are far from what true support should or can be? Very easy to pass the ball on to another.

Now on to the main issue, what gives and why won't it install update other than doing it manually and what gives with the tab module. If you can't answer, then let another step in who can. At least with Toufiq I get answers and professional responses.

First off, it won't auto update and I have a paid subscription un end of year 2018

Secondly, 3.0.2 broke the tabs function as explained - my question was DOES IT FIX IT

Thirdly, I don't like the idea of advertising for perfect dash whatever crap, I paid for a full version, so what gives with the ad/suggestion? Adding this option only adds to the overhead of joomla. I'm not a newb and don't need it.

Everything else I use in Joomla works with the auto update, again, as stated after I had to install 3.0.2 the tabs broke as explained.

So please answer the questions!

Why you cannot update to 3.0.3 ? Do it manually. Just reinstall.

Please make a short video with issue after update to 3.0.3 and clearing browser cache.
