want to remove underlines from module hyperlinks

I need to remove the underlines from the menu links in the modules on the bottom of the site.

If I may:
1) Replace default Joomla avatar with your custom one, yes from template settings
2) Because your site is about healthcare, I strongly suggest to read about Accessibility and Compliance with Section 508

In Europe we have WCAG rules, they are similar. But in US you have your own law. Probably you will find good guides faster than me. Have a nice day.
