What are the potential issues of updating one of your templates

Hello. I want to update the Revibe template on this website" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Title but I am afraid to do it. Your templates seem to have a lot of bugs, so I am trying to be proactive and see what MAY happen if I click "update shaper_revibe" in the Joomla admin update area.

Known Issues: Once, when attempting to update SP Pagebuilder, it took the entire site down. Then I lost hours and credibility getting it all to run again.

Hi there,

I am really sorry this kind of bad experience with our product. If you follow my instruction, maybe it will help you the future and the current moment.

Following the below steps:
1. Download a backup of your site using Akeeba backup extension
2. Run into your site in your localhost
3. Download the Template only & SP Page Builder (If you face live update then install manually these products)
4. Don't write down custom.css inside the template manager custom CSS Tab. If you write down CSS or js code inside the custom CSS tab then it will be gone. That's why to write down your custom CSS code inside the custom.css file. Just create a custom.css file inside the
5. After complete, the process moves your site into the live server.
