White boxes in frontend at the customer

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Some customers and website users complain that they have white boxes in the layout on the website (see pictures).
When creating the layout, this does not occur and then the white spaces have not been inserted by me.
This occurs with Firefox, EDGE (Win-Pc) and Safari (MAC-Pc).

In the white areas I just have the clue that it has something to do with "simple-translate-panel", "simple-translate-result-wrapper" and so on.

Did I do something wrong with SPPB? Is this a bug in the program? Actually, the layout should be displayed uniformly on all browsers.

What can I do or what must be done to prevent this display error from occurring?

Best regards, Chris :)

Hi,
Thanks for your query. Would you please make sure you are not using any third party extension on those places. I think those are some extensions of third party and those are causing the issue. If this is the case then you better disable those extensions since we don't provide any compatibility to any other extensions except these three http://prntscr.com/nrpzty
You can create a new page using pagebuilder and use any of our addon there and check if the issue exists there or not. You can also check the issue by selecting protostar as your default template.
Let me know your test result.

-Best Regards

The problem is solved!
But the question remains how this could happen ...

After your message, I took a closer look at the source code. In my Firefox there is an add-on called "Simple-Translate". I use this to quickly translate English text into German.

After disabling the add-on, the text editor in SPPB showed me long spaces that could be associated with the white boxes.
I removed these on all affected pages and the white areas disappeared.

When working with SPPB, this add-on is always turned off and everything works fine.

The question is, how could an add-on from the browser creep into my programming with SPPB? All I've noticed is that with active add-on and after clicking the editor window, the add-on is activated. I mean, it offers me a translation although there is nothing to translate.
After entering text and saving, this creates the ominous empty wise areas.

Maybe this helps one or the other have the same or a similar problem. Everything is ok with me now.

Thank you for the food for thought that brought me to the solution.
Best regards, Chris :D

You are always welcome. Actually browser addon can run some javascript in your page and that could conflict with some of our js. That could be a cause for that.
