Working behind proxy - whitelist addresses

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Just wondering the URL's and/or IP addresses I need to whitelist in our enterprise network proxy server to make this work. SP Page builder still works but the integrations page and premade page templates do not work whilst behind the proxy.

Everything works fine on other sites hosted outside of the school networks that we have built. Thanks for the assistance and keep up the great work on such a useful extension.

Hi there,

Sorry to say that, page builder is not ready using the proxy. I can help you to enable the integration of Joomla & K2. But, the page template is not possible.

if you agree, please send me the cpanel access & Joomla administrator access via pm.

-Thanks

Mate I can't give you access to a system on an enterprise school network. I also can't see why it wouldn't work behind a proxy all we need to do is white list your servers.

Can you explain why you say it won't work behind squid? If I wildcard whitelist any domains/ips that sp page builder uses it would be the same as any other web server. eg. *.sppagebuilder.com*

Ok lets start again...
I am a technician for multiple schools, we use SP Page Builder on an intranet style website. The ubuntu webserver that SP Page Builder installed sits inside their network behind a proxy. What you have shown above is a client using a proxy which doesn't help. The webserver all works fine behind the proxy occasionally I need to whitelist certain websites for example *.joomla.org* to get install from web working, SP Page Builder is missing a couple features due to the SP Page Builder Servers / CDN not being white listed.
The page template feature obviously sits online on one of your servers that is blocked. I am looking for the domain / ip of your servers so I can white list them to get these features working.

If you can kindly provide these to save me some work of going through all the code to find it myself that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a bit more info... So this is what we need working because its a pain exporting from a working site and then importing.
We have already white listed *.sppagebuilder.com* and *.joomshaper.com*

So attached is a picture of a working site that sits on a regular VPS with Vultr.com

And this picture is what happens behind the proxy. I believe that there must be another domain or possible an IP that we are missing beside sppagebuilder.com and joomshaper.com
