Helix3 is an Joomla template like any other (but it has some unique features) :
a) Set as default for all pages.
b) Upload site logo, change copyright note, choose font-family etc.
c) Save settings
Use Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari.
SP Page Builder is a component so it means that:
a) It work only in template component area.
b) You can create unlimited number of pages, also different for different languages.
c) After pages will be ready, to can add them one by one into menu as a menu items.
