JoomShaper joined the Joomla World Conference 2015: A look back

Joomla World Conference 2015 was held in Bangalore, India on 6-8 November this year. JoomShaper co-sponsored the event. Four of our team members joined the occasion. Our CEO Kawshar Ahmed, CTO Nayem Majhar, senior developer Rifat Wahid Alif and design head Risat Rajin visited the grand Joomla event. Here is a look back on the JWC15.

We tasted and enjoyed the beautiful Joomla cake(s). It looks so appealing, so delicious it was. With these colorful cakes we've celebrated the 10 years of Joomla. You might wish to have a piece from the above yammy cakes, but right now we can only offer you the image. Hope you are also liking them ;-) 

We enjoyed the program so much. The team from JoomShaper was very happy to meet people behind the Joomla core, 123RF, Stackideas, Joomlart, RocketTheme, Sucuri, Siteground, Techjoomla and many more.

Besides everything Joomla, the conference was full of mouth watering dishes as well. We were served with tasty traditional Indian foods. There were Chinese, Thai and Western menus as well. Having that great range of options, we never felt we were abroad. 

One of our great achievements was the meeting with Sarah Watz, the president of Open Source Matters. We discussed on several ideas and thoughts about the future growth of Joomla, the development pattern and how the CMS can be even popularized. 

We received enormous appreciation from revolutionary Helix3 framework and SP Page Builder users. They communicated their thoughts, feelings and suggestions about JoomShaper templates, Helix framework and SP Page Builder. It was an overwhelming experience.

The JoomShaper team members met with people around the world who are working on our beloved Joomla platform. We shared ideas and views on how the Joomla ecosystem can be made more user friendly with effecient templates, components, extentions and so on.

During the JWC15 event, we came to know many exciting announcements from the core Joomla team. The platform is going to receive a number of significant upgrades and features that would definitely benefit the users.

JoomShaper sponsored the social event at JWC15. We also offered some priceless giveaways. JoomShaper always works to improve the overall Joomla user experience by contributing to efforts that aims at boosting the platform. 

Participants who visited JoomShaper stall, got a chance to win a MacBook Air and two awesome Android tablets. It was a grand prize which attracted heavy attention from the event attendants.

To every participant, we offered our template club’s personal membership plan for free. Also there were our special gift pack to everyone which contains T-Shirt, band and stickers. The winners were extremely happy and got emotional. It was really an invaluable occasion.  

Lots of event attenders visited JoomShaper stall frequently. We really really loved and enjoyed the croud! We think they also loved our cordial reception. 

We've framed the JWC15 memories with lots of photographs and videos. We are sure all of the participants will remember these festive moments. There are so many photos, so it's really tough to choose which ones to post here :-)
