We trust our clients that’s why JoomShaper offers a full refund within 7 (seven) business days starting from the moment when the member make the payment. In this case joomshaper.com has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. What happen after my subscription runs out?
You may still use all of our templates and extensions you had downloaded on your membership period. You can also get forum support. After membership expired you cannot able to download premium products and ask for ticket support.
I’ve completed the payment procedure but I have not received any mail with login details or download?
Please check your BULK/SPAM box for the confirmation message. If you not got it then please contact with us with the proof of payment. Note : Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successful done and then we have to review and process download information manually.

Can I share my username and password with others?
No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.
