Hi

I uploaded my Favicon as png and it worked on the iPad but short time afterwards the S5 Favicon appeared again and I could not change it. I work on Helix Ultimate with SP Page Builder.

Hi Angie,

  1. What is "S5" icon ? from Shape5 products?
  2. Make/create also favicon.ico (size: 48x48px) and upload to root folder.
  3. IPad requests other icons, you can read more about that in internet.

In big short you need all those in 2024:
