Error 500 With Helix Ultimate And Joomla 5.1.0

Hi,

I am using Joomla 5.1.0 with Helix Ultimate 2.0.18. When I try to access the template options, I get an Error 500. The exact error message is:

Attempted to call an undefined method named "sanitizeAssetsForJ5" of class "PlgSystemHelixultimate".
