Off Canvas Menu Not Displaying Pull Down Page Links

Good day,
I am having issues with my offcanvas menu. My sub page links aren't displaying when I click on the pull down. Everything works well on desktop or laptop but the off canvas menu is not displaying my submenues. Can you assist me please.
Also here is a screenshot of the submenue with the pull down selected. Thanks.

Check both 1 and 2:
- Module Manager (list of modules) > Find "Menu" module published in "offcanvas". Compare those my suggested settings with yours (End Level: All, Sub-menu Items: Show) > Save
- Template Options > Menu > Offcanvas > Maximum Level: All > Save
