Hi,

About Joomla 5 compatibility for SP page builder 5.x, is it necessary to enable Backward Compatibility Plugin ?

About php 8.3, is SP page builder 5.x compatible?

Hi Laurent,

SPPB Pro 5.3.0 can work with:

  • PHP 8.3
  • disabled " Backward Compatibility" plugin

At least during my tests all was OK.

But remember that not all extensions may work, so enable Debug mode just in case.

Sorry, update/notice.

In current version of HU v2.0.18 Joomla plugin: Behaviour - Backward Compatibility - "must" be enabled, otherwise Template Options may not work (we noticed crash in some cases), but front-end (site view) is OK even with disabled plugin.

At least "Classes Aliases" option must be ON, two others can be OFF.
