I am very satisfied with the products and with the service of Joomshaper. The version 3 of the pagebuilder accompanies me for years and actually I rarely need the assistance of the support team. But when I need it, they always delivers a useful answer in 1-3 days. Despite some negative reviews from others, I stay with JoomShaper. If I can update to a new reliable version (with backend) soon without any problems, then I see myself as a customer of Joomshaper for many years to come.

Great and well designed extensions Coupled with superb and responsive support. Joomla is taken to a new level with a Joomshaper's extensions. PageBuilder offers a fast way to quickly develop a user friendly and well designed site which can be easily maintained, but loses none of the flexibility and expansability Joomla offers. Joomshaper is one of those few 'Go To' developers for any Joomla site. Highly recommended.

Perfect tool for creating websites, easy handling, intuitive, perfect and fast support Ease of use Very simple to use, after installation. Editing in front-end is perfect Support Perfect via forum, just opening a thread, questions are answered in less than 2 hours, until it resolved Documentation Very good, all is explained with details, pictures and texts, there is some videos too I used this to: Creating entire websites, just have to install it or install a quickstart package including SP Page Builder, it's a pleasure to use it

I always get amazing support from staff at Joomshaper technical support. I don't have to wait very long and they have always been able to give me the answer I am looking for. I also appreciate that they tell me what they did to resolve my issue, so that I may learn to fix these issues in the future. I love Helix and SP Pagebuilder and will continue to use them in the future. It offers numerous design choices so your website development is never stagnant.

After years my former company of trust

After years my former company of trust "joomlashine" stopped it´s development and service. I was forced to find another framework-, tool- and service-provider instead. I tried lots of different tools and frameworks and finally ended up with joomshaper. I just started to use it for my projects but it seems that Joomshaper is a very good alternative, with a fast, friendly and competent support. I really hope it is going to stay like this! :)

Iam with Joomshaper since 2015

Iam with Joomshaper since 2015. In particular I love Pagebuilder as its easy to use and very flexible. In my opinion the best on the market. Also the design of the Helix3 templates are just overwelming. Great abilities in coding and design skills. Most of templates are working out of the box. Some not. Here it needed some changes or better clarification. the new Sp Pagebuilder 3.714 would be perfect if more fine tuned and if I could implement Google Re Captcha in the form module. Summary Iam very happy and def 5 stars

Used for 5 years os so to make 40+ Websites .... a few small issues along the way but all were overcome. Suppoy is very good and occasionally they go above and beyone to help with complex issues. I will renew again!
