Our templates are only available as part of the membership. However, I think you will find that $59 is an incredible deal, even if you only intend to use a single theme from our collection. Also option with price $99 is half the price that most of our competitors charge for a single template download. Do not forget that you can download them all.

Yes. Template and Framework documentation are publicly available on our website. For further theme support, our support forums base is available to customers after the purchase of membership.

Template and extensions support is provided for whole period from the purchase date of a membership.

We accept payments from PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. We do not store payment/card information in our server.

For template plans: After your subscription expires, you can still keep using the products you have downloaded from our site. But without an active subscription, you will NOT get updates and forum support from us.

For SP Page Builder Pro: Once your subscription expires, you will still be able to use the component- but you will NOT be able to download updates, get technical forum support, access layout bundles & predesigned sections. Free community support might be available on our Facebook group.

The pages you've built with the SP Page Builder Pro will work after the subscription expires. Also, you will be able to edit the existing pages/create new pages and access all the Pro features of the extension except layout bundles and predesigned sections.

Once the subscription expires, your Pro license key becomes invalid.

In your Dashboard, you’ll find the name of your Pricing Plan. Clicking on it will take you to the invoice download page. Now, click the “Download Invoice” button to have your invoice downloaded.

You need to login to your account and then navigate to the Edit Profile page. To do that, click on the dropdown arrow beside your avatar on the Menu bar and you’ll find the Edit Profile option. Clicking on it will take you to the edit page. Make your necessary changes (profile and billing info) then hit the “Update Profile” button once you’re done.

No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

One Click Installer is a collection of template, installer script, and the template data. It does not have the Joomla CMS inside thus making it a very tiny installation package. This installer is specifically made for SP Page Builder Pro users.

On the other hand, QuickStart pack is a complete demo website which includes the entire Joomla package containing the CMS, components, modules, template, other necessary data, and configurations. All the files are zipped together making it larger in size.

One Click Installer requires an existing Joomla website (v3.3.0+) with SP Page Builder Pro installed thus allowing multiple templates to run on the same platform whereas the QuickStart pack can function independently and can be used to create a fully functional site from the scratch.

In order to use a One Click Installer that comes as the Bonus/Second Template of a month, you must have our template subscription and SP Page Builder Pro subscription. The template subscription will let you download the One Click Installer, and the SP Page Builder Pro subscription will let you use the One Click Installer.

Clients requiring intensive customization or large-scale development efforts should know that we do not provide customization services, but soon we will. If you are looking for a custom design, or would like to customize one of our templates/modules, we suggest hiring a trusted web design firm to assist you. Our templates can provide a great starting point for all Joomla developers.

Make sure that you downloaded the last version of QuickStart package without any problems.
File cannot be corrupted. You should be able to open ZIP file to see folders and files inside.
Each template Manual has it's own "Technical Requirements" section, please check.
In template manual there is also Installation problems section, read this too.

If you want to install QuickStart directly from ZIP file please follow those instructions:

After you will download QS from our website unzip on your PC (use any tool you want).
Zip folders and files inside with low compression set.
Copy ZIP file to server (FileZilla)
Download Akeeba Kickstart (from project website)
Unzip and copy files to server where you have ZIP with QS
Then in address bar put: YourDomain(dot)com/kickstart.php

and then please follow step by step wizard as Akeeba Kickstart says.

Yes. All of our templates and quickstarts are translation-ready, with all languages supported. Each of our themes is compatible with default Joomla Multilingual system, that assists in building and running multilingual websites, and can accommodate RTL languages.

Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including copyright note at the template footer, text, images, javascript or CSS code ect. But there are some limitations to this part. You cannot modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Developer plan members are frees from this limitations.

For Personal plan, you can use any template just in one domain for lifetime. For Business plan, you can use the template in three domains for a lifetime. The Developer plan allows using templates for unlimited domains. Please check the pricing for more details.

Some basic changes can be made also from template setting. But in general all colors on JoomShaper Templates are controlled with CSS. If you plan on customizing your site colors beyond those you will need to know a bit of CSS.
