13 Joomla templates receive latest updates and improvements

All the updated templates now have the latest SP Page Builder Pro 3. The overridden addons are now fully compatible with SP Page Builder 3. Also, the templates are now geared up with the latest version of Joomla, Helix, and AcyMailing. The Shopin template gets updated J2Store version 3.2.27.
