Maybe a dumb question... if I renew a subscription BEFORE expiration date, do I loose any subscription time? Or does the new subscription begin AFTER the actual expiration date?

No question is a dumb question Pepperstreet. If you renew your subscription before the expiration date, you DO NOT LOSE any subscription time. The renewed subscription time count begins after the current period is over.

@pepperstreet I asked them this a few years ago and they said 'no'. It seems that unlike every other company out there ( and not just IT / web design ), new subscriptions aren't tacked on to any current ones.

In some circumstances it just creates a new subscription, overlapping a current one's dates, giving you two same type subscriptions, at the same time, for a while.

But perhaps they can correct me on this ? It would be good, and more appropriate IMO, if they just tacked it on at the end of any currently running subscription.

Yes, it's the message from PayPal, probably your IP (or country IP Numbers) is on the black-list. Contact via e-mail or their FB.
