Check-Out Problem - The stupid check-out is still not properly thought through. Why do I have to enter country and city if only one country and one city are selected by the admin?

Please, please, please with cream on top... Do what customers advise you to do. Please correct this for the next update!

Thank you Kawshar.. and i promiss, ill take more care of my speech. My apologies and thank you for your indulgence.

I think you guys are great! What surprises me a bit is that there doesn't seem to be an official company. Where are you based? Is there no regulation in India or where you are, like an imprint obligation? Your business is not visible ;-). Do you pay taxes?

I understand your concerns, and I'd like to clarify a few points. JoomShaper is indeed based in Bangladesh, not India. As for your other queries, rest assured that we operate in full compliance with local regulations, including tax obligations. Our business structure and operations might differ from what you're accustomed to, but we adhere to all legal requirements in our jurisdiction.

Thanks

And the regulations you adhere to do not stipulate that the company and the managing director must be named with a tax number etc.?.. You don't even give an address. That is very strange... I guess also for Bangladesh. Thx. ;-)

this is getting funnier and funnier. i have no "concerns". i pay money and i get what i want. but if you wanted to be perceived as a serious company, the first thing you should do is communicate who you are. That's the way it is in the business world, or am I wrong?

In any case, here in Europe there is a certain amount of compulsory identification and the bureaucracy here brings some people to their knees. i wonder how you stay so incognito. That's all!

we should know who you are! why all this secrecy?! i'm very surprised!

Hey Atlas,

Sorry for the late reply - time zones, you know.

I'm a bit puzzled by your message. Transparency is a key value for us at JoomShaper, and we strive to communicate who we are clearly. All essential information about us is available on our 'About' page, and our contact details are on the 'Contact Form' page. Additionally, we ensure that all our customers get exactly what they pay for, with no hidden details.

Your recent discovery of JoomShaper doesn't mean we've been hiding. In fact, we've been actively present and engaged in our field for quite some time. It seems there might be a bit of bias in your comments, and I sense some disrespect towards our existence and operations. This is disheartening, as we work hard to maintain a professional and open business environment.

To help you better understand us and our journey, I've attached some links. I hope these will provide a clearer picture of who we are and how we operate. We're proud of our work and our team, and we welcome any genuine inquiries or concerns about our business practices.

Kawshar.. please. What is you address. That is the question!.. Every Company has an address. And it is obligatory to state these. Yand you are hiding this information. the question is whether this is intentional or not? It seems very dubious, no matter how many trade fairs and forums and conferences you have attended.

I don't want to accuse you of anything bad and certainly nothing. i'm wondering here, not you should be wondering that we ask! I dont know any Company, that is hiding his ommercial information and the location of company. thats it!

All the best for the rest. You will always look a bit dubious in our countries with this manner, I wanted to emphasize that! Best wishes!

Hello Atlas,

I assure you, we are not hiding anything. Our address has always been available on our contact form page, but I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We realize now that it might be more helpful to have this information on our 'About Us' page as well, and we'll make that update. For your immediate reference, here's our full address, including the country:

JoomShaper
Holding 1, Patira
Dhaka - 1229
Bangladesh

I'd like to clarify that the country detail was missing earlier, but I have now added it back for complete transparency. You're right, there's absolutely no reason for us to hide our address. It's just that we never thought it necessary to put it front and center on our homepage – a little humor there, but I get your point. We're taking your suggestion seriously and will consider adding the address and a location map to our 'About Us' page. Your feedback is valuable, and we're always looking to improve.

All the best to you too. We hope this clears up any doubts and shows that we're fully transparent and committed to good business practices. Best wishes!

Slowly forward :)
1) There is still a very important function missing - dividing customers into categories, thanks to which it would be possible to assign permanent discounts to categories.
2) Is it possible to get payment integration instructions somewhere?
3) Is there anywhere I can get delivery integration instructions?

We appreciate your concerns.

1) We will introduce many more important features and enhancements in the coming days.
2 & 3) If you want to develop payment and shipping integrations on your own, we are glad to say that we will publish the developer documentation soon. Till then, stay with us.

Oh, that is VERY disappointing, indeed - and the contrary to the first answer, I received, after 1.0 release of EasyStore.
I received the answer that it would come in a future release.
If this is your final word, EasyStore is useless to me.
Since you discontinue your support for other and far more suffisticated shops, like J2store, I have to consider seriously quit my relationship with you guys all together then.
Which I don't like, because Page Builder is a very cool solution.
But if you don not manage to get a sufficient shop solution integrated, I am forced to look for another partner here.
And honestly, I don't understand, what the problem is.
The solution is already in the SP LMS extension.
Copy and paste, little adaption should work just fine.
But it is just my humble understanding, of course.
Please confirm once more that digital products will not be supported by EasyStore and that new J2store versions will also not be supported any longer.
Thank you.

We understand your disappointment and appreciate your honesty in sharing your concerns. However, as previously communicated, EasyStore currently does not have plans to add support for digital products in the near future. We acknowledge the importance of this feature for some of our users, but our development focus is guided by a different set of priorities at this moment. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. However, your feedback is valuable to us.

Thanks

Hi,
not bad, but absolutely no presence of rich content
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=jhTYNCg3hxPOkAD20AGCSQ
This is for me mandatory for a webshop
The JSON-LD method would be the best choice

We already have implemented rich content on the single product page. Use the EasyStore updated version. You tested the demo link where the rich contents are not implemented. Download the latest version and test. You will get that. Thanks.
