Revamped Notification System

You will be notified of the update of your questions via emails. You will be notified when someone adds a comment to a thread you are a part of. Agents will also be notified when customers accept their answers.

Most interestingly, there’s a Facebook like live notification system to let you know the updates when you are logged in to our support forum. Also, there’s a leaderboard for the support agents to track the ways they are helping you out.

New Support System Feature Highlights

Here are some key highlights of the support system features you are going to love.

  1. Simple and effective question-answer system.
  2. Ability to post a private question that is only visible to the support agents. This feature is for those who don’t want to post their project’s problem publicly.
  3. Ability to add hidden content that will protect users’ sensitive information from the general users and only support agents can see the hidden information.
  4. Interactive search. Most voted threads will be shown as search results along with documentation which will reduce the new post creation.
  5. Users can accept/reject the most useful answers to their question and the accepted answer will stay on top of the answer list.

Please provide a function to attach screenshots.
It is simply too old-school to require users to upload screenshots to a webserver.
Even your chat function can upload screenshots directly.

Above all, the agent should respond quickly and if he cannot, leave his hand to another agent, the last time I called your support I had no answers for 5 days.
