Since its inception, JoomShaper has been on a constant journey to keep up with the ever-evolving web trends and help you get the best for your Joomla site. So far we have also brought about numerous updates and improvements to our existing templates and extensions to ensure you a hassle-free experience. And making all our templates and extensions compatible with the latest PHP version has been at the top of our priority list.
So here is a prospective look at what we are planning concerning the PHP 8 & 8.1 compatibility updates of your favorite Joomla templates and extensions.
Helix Ultimate Based Templates
All our Helix Ultimate based users can now join the party queue as the wait is almost over! Find yourselves gravitating toward the magnificent templates of Helix Ultimate as you can now expect to get the much-awaited PHP 8.0 compatibility in both Joomla 4 & Joomla 3 and PHP 8.1 compatibility with only Joomla 4 within the next three months - December, January, and February.

Many of our users are also using Helix 3 and Helix 3-based templates and we haven’t overlooked you at all. While PHP 8.0 & 8.1 compatibility in Joomla 4 for the Helix 3 template framework is in the offing, those who are already using Helix 3-related templates can also rejoice as we are coming up with PHP 8 compatibilities for you too! All you have to do is hold your patience as this will be taken care of right after all the Helix Ultimate templates have been updated, that is, within the next three months after February 2023. Therefore, after the updates, you can enjoy PHP 8.0 compatibility in both Joomla 4 & Joomla 3 and PHP 8.1 compatibility with only Joomla 4.
Extensions
Although some of our extensions had previously been geared up to suit the latest stable PHP and Joomla 4 compatibility, others were still waiting for the uplift. But that shouldn’t worry you anymore as we have also chalked out rigid plans to update all our extensions to the latest PHP version. You can expect your favorite extension to be completely ready to hit the floor by next February!

February is still months away... I migrated all the j2store webshops I have made to wordpress with woocommerce... best decision ever!!
Those who have active subscriptions will get the updates automatically, those who haven’t, need to renew the license to get the updates.

For getting every update, you have to have an active subscription. Getting an update of PHP 8.0 compatibility is no different.
What are you talking about here?
Event the last released "usable" (which was released month ago - in submission you promissed to release one template/month) templates are not working with the newest Joomla version and also Joomshapers newest Pagebuilder version. So what are you really talking about here?
i remember once again - if you are not willing to update Indigo in a Time of 90 Days (you have till now, you will loose one of your customers. you had renewed my membership because you didn't get up and running in a whole year, and that time is also about to expire.
Where are the Tmeplates, where are the Uodates, Where is the problemless running Front-Edit Version.
Let me give you samples - artion not running like it should after update. Indiogo depends even years after telling you, that you just should update the non commercial version, you did not.. the PB 4 .. I don't even want to mention the problems with it.
you told 2 Month ago us to bring a e-commerce l version of pb.. so it seems like a comedy. There is not a really working pagebuilder anymore. the one is too old, the other seems to fresh to run.. but you will bring a e-commerce version.. sorry.

It seems to be a "not reported" Helix 2.0.11 + SP Page Builder 4.0.6 bug, not related to the PHP version.
No answers from JoomShaper support = We are loosing customers day by day > Unfortunately we have to investigate for alternatives ...
