We care about all of our stakeholders. Currently on the JoomShaper forums, only paid users can post a support ticket. The free users cannot post a thread on our support forums. That’s why we’ve taken steps to offer the free users this benefit. We’ve created two Facebook groups where all of you can join and post discussions, experiences, issues, suggestion and anything else about the Helix framework and the SP Page Builder.

Both of the groups are public, that means all of the posts can be seen before joining the group. But we recommend you to join these groups, add posts and create each a resourceful place.

The community discussion can solve your issues/problems with JoomShaper products. Our pro-support team will also keep an eye on these groups, so you may get some responses in critical issues for free.

Simple Portfolio is working but I do have 1 issue. All video's are shown under "All Video" But not any of the tags are shown to filter. I wonder what I did do wrong.

I just wanted to confirm that in old megadeal template when some one clicks ask a question button in product page an iframe should pop up but nothing appears while in the new megadeal II template the iframe appears asking for registration. Is there a problem with ask a question button ?

Hi,It is impossible to set up Helix 3 layouts, as in Helix 2. I need to have a layout on a vertical level with the field component to the right of the left field. It is even possible or not? Instructions "Custom module above and below the components" performed, did not help. Thank you in advance for your response.

did you work this out, helix 3 layout is very good. you can set whatever column size you want as per bootstrap 444 222222 3333 66 or custom its based on grid of 12 across.. can only have one component assignment at a time though which is likely your articles etc. and your modules will be assigned as custom html module everywhere else via POSTION ID and you can easily add more custom IDs for positions too

In the product detail, is there tag module so I can put product describes, videos, specs in it 3. Hi, i have problem with joomla 3.5 and Helix 3 template. Photos in simple portfolio one blinks in first hover mouse. This problem is only Firefox 45.0.2, Explorer is OK. If i clear cache and refresh site, then this problem see again. Can you please with this problem? Thank you much for your answer.

after message submitted this is a common reaction, maybe a cookie is applied, i know that if you refresh your browser cache for instance hold shift in firefox when click refresh page this will restart the module as if it wasnt sent. hope that helps

indeed, it works with standard multi page templates, but I am using one page template. that's why I am using quick contact.the same happened to me, after refreshing the page manually, the fields are clean
